Calm environment for virtual anxiety therapy and emotional support

Let’s see if this feels like a good fit.

Reaching out can feel like a big step — especially if you’ve been sitting with things on your own for a while.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you contact me.

You can reach out in whatever way feels easiest for you.

If you’re not sure what to say, that’s completely okay.

A simple “Hi, I’m interested in therapy” is more than enough.

Here’s what happens next:

  • I’ll respond within 1–2 business days

  • We can set up a brief 15-minute call if that feels helpful, or you’re welcome to go ahead and schedule a first session

  • You’re welcome to ask any questions. There’s no pressure to commit right away.

Most people tell me they feel nervous reaching out - and then relieved once they do.

If you’re feeling even a small pull to reach out, that’s usually enough to start.
